Book: Gospel Fluency

A fast-paced but significant read highlighting the importance of grasping the gospel and integrating it into our everyday lives.

Overall: 10/10. “Gospel Fluency” recaps what the Gospel is and how it should affect our daily lives. It shows how our actions can reveal lies that we believe about the Gospel and how we can begin to speak the truth of the Gospel into our lives and the lives of those around us. The Gospel is truly the most important thing, and it is vital to daily life! “Gospel Fluency” does a great job of providing practical steps towards integrating the Gospel with everyday life while also explaining the deep importance of and need for those practical steps.

Simplicity: 10/10. Very easy to understand! Each section is shorter and builds on the previous one, making it super understandable without losing depth.

Speed: 10/10. This book is broken down into 5 sections, and I read one each day for a week (well, Monday-Friday). It flows really well (somewhat repetetive) and has a larger font, so it’s a very quick read!

We need the gospel and we need to become gospel-fluent people. We need to know how to believe and speak the truths of the gospel . . . in and into the everyday stuff of life.”
